Paul is the Operations Director at New Millennia and he brings over 17 years of experience in the recruitment industry. He started with New Millennia as a Business Development Manager in 2009 and has progressed with the business development department managing existing and new client relationships. Paul specialises in back office operations and funding solutions for new start and SME recruitment businesses and has played a pivotal role in enabling growth and success for numerous employment businesses in the recruitment industry. With a career of more than a decade and a half, his journey in the recruitment industry has allowed him to gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that define the recruitment industry. His expertise and knowledge allows him to know that one size doesn’t fit all and that is why he works closely with his clients to develop customised solutions that align with their unique goals and aspirations.
